The theme "Journey around the world" continues in our kitchen, where we are constantly creating new dishes that combine flavors, herbs and spices from around the world with regional products. When selecting our dishes, we deliberately avoid ingredients from factory farming and rely on sustainable fishing. We avoid additives wherever possible and are prepared for allergies and intolerances
