Augila or Awjila is a historic oasis deep in the Libyan desert - a refuge, a meeting place to linger. In our kitchen, the theme "Journey around the world" runs through our cuisine, where new creations are constantly being created, combining flavors, herbs and spices from around the world with regional products from northern Germany.
