  • From Hamburg Central Station, take the U2 toward Niendorf Nord to the “Hagenbecks Tierpark” stop. The ride takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is only about a 3-minute walk (250 meters) from the stops. From Altona Station, take the S3 to Stellingen and then take bus 22 to “Hagenbecks Tierpark.”

  • The Park-Hotel Hagenbeck is located in the Stellingen district of Hamburg, right next to the A7 highway.

    There are 72 paid parking spaces available in our hotel’s underground garage. Reservations are not possible.

  • The parking fee is €3.50 per hour. For stays of 8 hours or more, the daily rate of €26.00 applies.

    The clearance height is 2.00 m. If your vehicle is taller than this, we recommend using the surrounding side streets or, depending on availability, our staff parking lot.

  • Yes, the Park-Hotel Hagenbeck offers two on-site electric vehicle charging stations (Type 2, 3.7–22 kW) in the underground parking garage. 

    • Cost: Charging itself is free for hotel guests. Only the regular underground parking fees apply.
    • Access: You can obtain the charging chip required to activate the station at the front desk.
    • Reservations & Use: It is not possible to reserve charging spaces in advance. We ask our guests to vacate the space for other electric vehicles once the charging process is complete.

  • Yes, the Park-Hotel Hagenbeck offers secure parking for bicycles and e-bikes, as well as a special battery charging system.

    • Parking spaces: Fixed bike racks are available in the hotel’s underground parking garage.
    • E-bike batteries: For safety reasons, e-bike batteries may not be stored or charged in hotel rooms.
    • Secure Storage & Charging: We’re happy to store and charge your e-bike battery free of charge in a special fire-resistant bag at the front desk.

  • Yes, the front desk staff at the Park-Hotel Hagenbeck will be happy to arrange a taxi for you at any time—either right away or at a time of your choosing.

  • The Hagenbecks Tierpark subway station is about a two-minute walk away. The U2 will take you to Jungfernstieg in about 15 minutes.
