Can our guests stay overnight in the hotel?
Yes, we have comfortable rooms and suites directly in the hotel - ideal for bridal couples and guests.
Is there sufficient parking available?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces for you and your guests directly at the hotel, as well as our own underground parking garage.
Do you also offer complete packages for weddings?
Yes, we offer individual wedding packages that can be flexibly adapted to your wishes and budget.
What catering options are available?
From a festive menu to a creative buffet - our kitchen team will realize your culinary wishes.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, as popular dates book up quickly - especially in high season.
Is the hotel barrier-free?
Yes, the Park-Hotel Hagenbeck is barrier-free. All event areas and rooms are also accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is live music allowed?
Yes, live music is allowed. However, please note the volume control from 22:00.
Until what time is the party allowed?
The wedding party can last until 02:00.
Is there a children's play corner?
Yes, on request we can set up a children's play corner in the function room or in the restaurant.
Are there vegan and vegetarian dishes in the buffet?
Yes, we offer a vegetarian buffet. Vegan dishes are also possible - please contact us.
Are allergies and intolerances taken into account?
Yes, we adapt our buffets individually and clearly mark the relevant dishes.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, of course. You can decorate the wedding hall as you wish. Please note that the decorations must be taken down the following day.
