About the ifb Who is behind the seminars?

The ifb (Institute for the Continuing Education of Works Councils) is the leading private and independent training provider for employee representatives in Germany. The institute supports works councils, representatives for employees with severe disabilities, and youth and apprentice representatives with legally sound and practical training programs.

With a large team of permanent staff and highly qualified instructors, the ifb imparts essential knowledge in areas such as labor law, works council law, occupational safety, and communication. Each year, the institute organizes numerous events throughout Germany for its seminar participants. It is our goal to make a significant contribution to this important educational mission by providing an all-around excellent hotel and service experience, and to continue this successful partnership in the future.
